    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

    • During peak seasons (e.g., Eid, weddings, or sales), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

  3. Custom or Made-to-Order Items:

    • If your purchase includes customized or handmade jewelry, processing may take 5-7 business days before dispatch. You will be notified of the timeline at checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Partners:

    • We partner with trusted courier services in Pakistan, including TCS, Leopards, and postex, for reliable and timely deliveries.

  2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan Only):

    • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).

    • Express Delivery: Available at an additional cost (delivery within 2-3 business days in major cities).

    • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders 

  3. Remote Areas:

    • Deliveries to remote regions may take longer (up to 10-14 business days). Customers will be informed of any significant delays.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.

  5. International Shipping:

    • Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping options will be introduced soon—stay tuned!


Delivery Issues & Support

  1. Failed Deliveries:

    • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will contact you for redelivery. Additional charges may apply.

  2. Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • While we ensure secure packaging, in the rare case of lost or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orhanjwewlry@gmail.com or  (WhatsApp). We wilL 03029676997

    • l assist in filing a claim with the courier or arranging a replacement.
